Paleo & Dairy-Free Recipes

Paleo in a nutshell:

The paleo diet, sometimes referred to as the caveman diet, is based on the diet of ancient humans.  The primary source of  nutrients come from vegetables, fruits, grass-fed meats, fish, healthy fats, and eggs.  In this diet, you don't eat grains (wheat, rice, etc), peanuts, corn, oats, refined sugar, legumes, vegetable oils, starches, and all processed foods, but it is is ok to eat in moderation the following:

Nuts, seeds, dried fruit, raw honey, Grade B maple syrup, coconut sugar, juice, coconut water, stevia, and chocolate.

(Dairy is not used in the paleo diet, however, if your body can tolerate it, choose only raw dairy from grass-fed cows.)
